We loved the hotel's convenient location near the city center, close to all HCMC activity, and within walking distance to the backpacker's street Pham Ngu Lao area. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, we were allowed to store our bags before check-in and after check-out.

The location of the hotel was great as it was just a 10-minute taxi ride to my workplace. The staff at Lucky Star Hotel 146 Nguyen Trai were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They arranged all of my excursions and even stored my luggage after I checked out. The rooms were clean and super clean. Despite being centrally located, the room was surprisingly quiet, awesome for a good night's sleep. The hotel also had an early check-in option at 1 p.m, very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great room.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the bustling backpacker's street Pham Ngu Lao area. It was also near the city center, making it convenient for all the activities in Ho Chi Minh City. the hotel was situated in a way that the next building's wall was less than a meter away, offering a unique urban experience.
Some guests had issues with the key system, and there were complaints about the lack of windows in certain rooms, making it difficult to determine if it was morning or not.

This hotel was a real bargain, offering great value for money. The prices were very affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. I especially loved its central location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and navigate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and valuable advice for sightseeing. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient and the breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel even had a few rooms with a sea view, although the windows were a bit small and overlooked some pipes.
All was well; no improvements needed.
